CoM3D announces appointment of Alastair Syvret to Advisory Panel

CoM3D are pleased to announce the appointment of Alastair Syvret to it's Advisory Panel. From 1995 to 2018 Alastair was a partner of Mourant Ozannes, one of the largest offshore law firms with offices based in a number of jurisdictions worldwide. His professional practice encompassed a broad range of commercial, banking, finance, investment funds and corporate work, with a specialisation in debt and equity capital markets. He has extensive experience of corporate governance issues, including capital raising and company secretarial matters as well as solvent and insolvent reorganisations.

In addition to his client facing practice, Alastair spent a number of years in various senior management positions at Mourant Ozannes, with a particular focus on HR related issues including recruitment. Alastair holds a law degree from the University of Exeter and is a Solicitor of the Royal Court of Jersey (non practising).
